| When a reservation is made, you will be notified by email and Through the secure administrative interface, you will retrieve the booking details, contact information guest names including credit card information. You will then process the credit card exactly as you would for a telephone reservation.

| Do cancelled bookings return rooms to our online inventory? |
| All Online Cancellations will automatically be released back onto your system so that these room(s) can be booked again online. If you do not wish this room(s) to be booked again - simply login to your administration center and close out your availability for that particular room(s) and period. |

| Can I run Alba Availability on more than one domain? |
| A standard license permits you to run one installation of our software. Additional licenses of the same software are available at 50% off. You can also take a look at our chain hotels and travel agent reservation system. |

| How do I receive notification of bookings and cancellations? |
| Notifications are automatically triggered when customers book or cancel online. You receive notification in 2 ways – on your admin centre and via email and/or fax. Guests receive a personalised, automatic confirmation by email. This includes a booking reference, your contact details, policies and charges/payments. |

| No, Alba Availability are completely self contained and require no outside plug-in's or add-ons. |
